Statement re Board Changes and Company Secretary appointment

LendInvest Limited, the ultimate holding company of LendInvest Secured Income Plc, announces that Michael Evans, Chief Financial Officer, has joined the LendInvest Secured Income Plc Board of Directors.

Rod Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer, and existing Director of LendInvest Limited joins the LendInvest Secured Income Plc Board of Directors.

Ruth Pearson, General Counsel, and existing Company Secretary for LendInvest Limited, is appointed as Company Secretary for LendInvest Secured Income Plc.
