Change in Director's Details

The Company announces that as a result of a group restructure Tim O'Gorman, Company Secretary will leave Luminar with effect from 31st March 2011.

The Board would like to thank Tim for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.

In accordance with LR 9.6.11, the Company announces that Philip Bowcock, Finance Director of Luminar, will be appointed as Company Secretary and Jayne Fearn as Assistant Company Secretary with immediate effect.
