    Lennox Holdings plc ("Lennox" or the "Company")

Following the announcement that Administration Orders had been made by the High
Court of Justice in respect of Lennox and three subsidiary companies, the Joint
Administrators have been advised by the Stock Exchange that, as the company has
no appointed NOMAD, its registration on the AIM market has been cancelled with
effect from 7:00am on 21 July 2008.
