              Lodore Resources Inc. ("Lodore" or the "Company")

                                Issue of Shares.

Lodore announces that application has been made for 55,700,755 ordinary shares
of 0.125p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is
expected to take place on 28 November 2005.

The 55,700,755 ordinary shares have been issued pursuant to the conversion of
loan notes issued by Lodore on 23 August 2005, details of which are set out in
the circular sent to shareholders on 3 November 2005.
