Option Entitlement Issue - Despatch of Prospectus Completed

Latin Resources Limited (the Company) advises that it has completed the despatch of its Prospectus in respect of its non-renounceable entitlement issue of one (1) option to acquire a fully paid ordinary share (Share) in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.20 (Option) for every two (2) Shares held by eligible shareholders at an issue price of $0.01 per Option to raise up to approximately $1,052,887 (Option Entitlement Issue).
