Ludorum plc ("the Company") was today notified on 22 October 2014 that the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares occurred:

Robert Lawes, Chief Executive Officer, bought 66,666 shares at a price of 37.50 pence per share. Following the transaction Mr Lawes holds an interest of 1,147,732 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 11.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
