Withdrawal of Shareholder Requisition 
 
 
On 8 December 2009 MAMA announced that it had received a letter from SMS Finance 
S.A. pursuant to section 338 of Companies Act 2006 requiring it to give notice 
to its members of certain resolutions and a statement to be circulated to MAMA's 
shareholders. 
 
 
MAMA today announces that it has received a letter dated 8 December 2009 from 
SMS Finance S.A. The letter requests the withdrawal of the requisition until 
after the Offer, made by SMS Finance S.A. and announced on 7 December 2009, has 
become unconditional as to acceptances or lapses. SMS Finance S.A. will then 
consider whether to resubmit the requisition.
