Issue of warrants

The Board of Mission Capital PLC (AIM: MCAP.L), the holding company of Quindell Limited, announces that following the passing of the relevant resolution proposed at the General Meeting ("GM") held today, and as described in the Admission Document dated 28 April 2011, warrants totalling 52,558,866 entitling the holder to subscribe for Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company have today been issued subject to the following criteria:.

The warrants are exercisable at the admission price of 2.47 pence per share and may be exercised in whole or in part at any time subject to the following expiry dates:
