MDM Engineering Group Limited (AIM: MDM), announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Villa Graziella, 17 Avenue de la Costa B.P. 167, 98003 Monaco Cedex, on Tuesday 30 September 2014 at 11.00 am (CET).

Information on the resolutions can be found in the notice of AGM that will today be sent to shareholders along with the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014. Electronic copies of the documents will also be made available on the Company's website at www.mdm-engineering.com.
