Mediwatch (AIM: MDW) was yesterday notified that Mr Mark Emberton, Non-executive Director of Mediwatch, transferred 625,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at nil value to his wife, Mrs Leah Byrne, on 20 November 2013.

Following this transaction, Mark Emberton's total beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged. Mark Emberton continues to be beneficially interested in a total of 2,615,386 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.
