19 April 2012: Further to the announcement on 5 April 2012 the Company is pleased to confirm that, at the continuance of the court hearing on 18 April 2012 in connection with the proposed cancellation of the Company's share premium account and reduction of its share capital (and incorporating a repayment to shareholders) ("the Capital Reduction"), the petition regarding the Capital Reduction was granted and the payment of 52 pence per Ordinary Share to Shareholders registered on the register of members of the Company at the Record Time was approved.

The Company now confirms that the timetable of principal events is as follows:

 Effective date for the Capital Reduction                    18 April 2012 
 Expected last day for trading the Ordinary                  25 April 2012 
  Shares on AIM 
 Expected date for return of 52 pence per                    26 April 2012 
  Ordinary Share to Shareholders registered 
  on the register of members of the company 
  at the Record Time 
 Expected date that admission to trading                     26 April 2012 
  of the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled 
 Earliest date that the company will be re-registered        26 April 2012 
  as a private company
