Further to the earlier announcement of 29th June 2009, Metic Group PLC (AIM: 
METC), ("Metic" or "the Company") notifies Shareholders that due to the delays 
caused by the ongoing restructuring activity, its results for the twelve month 
period ended 31st December 2008 will be issued no later than Wednesday 8th July 
2009. Given the Company's failure to meet Rule 19 of the AIM rules, the stock 
has been suspended until such time that the accounts have been filed.
