                       Further Delay in Year-end Results 
 
Further to the announcement of 29th June 2009, the Company notifies 
Shareholders that due to continuing delays caused by the ongoing restructuring 
activity, its results for the twelve month period ended 31st December 2008 will 
not be issued today as previously announced. 
 
Given the Company's failure to meet Rule 19 of the AIM rules, the stock remains 
suspended until such time that the accounts have been filed.
