The fund primarily provides investments in smaller unquoted and AIM listed companies based in the United Kingdom. It does not invest more than £1million ($1.65 million) in any company in one year and no more than 15 percent of the company’s assets by cost in one business at any time. The fund seeks to take a non-executive board seat on its investee companies and prefer to take majority stakes. It can co-invest with other funds for larger deals and alongside its manager. Show more
