Directorate Changes

As part of its stated succession plan, the Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC confirms the retirement of David MacLellan as a Director following the conclusion of the Board Meeting held on 16 September 2015. The Directors wish to record their thanks to Mr MacLellan for his valued contribution to the deliberations of the Board during his time in office.

The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment, with effect from 16 September 2015, of Peter Linthwaite as a Non-executive Director who will also serve on the Company's Audit, Management Engagement, Nomination, Remuneration and Risk Committees.

Mr Linthwaite is managing partner of 350 Investment Partners LLP, an FCA authorised and regulated venture capital fund management company, and is also advisor to Royal London Mutual Insurance Society for their private equity investments. Previously, he held a consultancy role advising the British Venture Capital Association and was its chief executive from 2005 to 2007.

In relation to this appointment, there is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.

Mr Linthwaite will be subject to re-election by Shareholders at the 2016 Annual General Meeting, the being the first following his appointment.
