                                Issue of options


MKM Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 30 June 2006, the Company
granted options to Matthew Toynton, Group Finance Director, in respect of
1,818,181 ordinary shares of 0.5p each (Ordinary Shares") under the Company's
EMI option scheme.  Matthew Toynton is not interested in any other Ordinary
Shares or options issued by the Company.  The options have been granted at an
exercise price of 5.5p and are exercisable between three and ten years from the
date of grant.
