Update re. Delisting & Admission to AIM

Further to the announcement of 7 July, the Company announces that it is expected that the cancellation of the listing of the Ordinary Shares and the Company's warrants on the Official List (the "Cancellation") is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 14 July 2014 and therefore that admission to trading on AIM is expected to become effective and dealings in the Ordinary Shares to commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 14 July 2014.
