                    MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company")

                         EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS


Following the exercise of options under the Company's Share Option Schemes,
application has today been made for 1,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
the share capital of Manpower Software plc to be admitted to trading on the AIM
Market of London Stock Exchange plc ("AIM").  It is expected that dealings in
these new ordinary shares will commence on Wednesday, 30 May 2007.
