    Mobestar Holdings Plc (the "Company")

New contract

The board announces that the Company has signed a contract with Global
Personals, one of the UK's largest dating and new media agencies. The contract
is to provide Global Personals with Mobestar's mobile dating platform, mDate
and other associated services for their media title customers. The Company has
agreed an implementation fee of �25,000 with Global Personals.

Global Personals currently has more than 3,000,000 members and this number is
growing at more than 50,000 new members per month. The service will be charged
mainly on a subscription fee basis anticipated at �5 and �25 per month with
additional revenues coming from picture, video and text based activity.
Revenues will be shared equally between Global Personals and Mobestar.

The service is planned to be launched before the end of September 2007 in time
for an industry conference in Barcelona at the beginning of October 2007.

The Company will make a further announcement in due course to update the market
in relation to take-up of this service.
