Adjournment of Shareholder Meetings

The Company announces that, as indicated in the announcement yesterday (12
September 2006), the Court Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting convened to
consider the Scheme of Arrangement whereby the Company would be acquired by
Keyman Personnel Limited for 65 pence per share have been adjourned to enable
the Board to consider an indicative offer by Networkers International plc at 73
pence per share in cash.  A further announcement will follow.

This announcement has been released with the consent of Networkers International
plc.
