The Company has been informed that on 27 January 2009 Mr S Rankin, a director of 
the Company, acquired 632,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in 
the Company at a price of 40p per share. 
 
 
Following this purchase Mr Rankin is now interested in 8,600,582 Ordinary Shares 
in the Company, representing 55.57% of the Company's issued share capital and 
55.88% of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights after allowing for 
shares held in treasury.
