Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) ("Matomy") is aware of the public announcement made by Medigus Ltd. ("Medigus") on February 13, 2020 that Medigus is in ongoing negotiations with certain shareholders of Matomy for the potential purchase of outstanding ordinary shares, representing 24.99% of the issued and outstanding share capital in Matomy. Matomy will make further announcements, as appropriate, if it becomes aware of any further information in connection with the proposed acquisition.
