APPLICATION FOR LISTING OF CONSIDERATION SHARES

Application has been made for admission to the Official List of the London
Stock Exchange of 1,262,500 ordinary shares of ZAR0.10 in the Company (which
has a secondary listing in London and its primary listing in Johannesburg)
which have been issued and allotted by the company. The 1,262,500 ordinary
shares in the Company were issued as follows:-

62,500 ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Share Option Scheme.

1,200,000 ordinary shares issued re Share Purchase Agreement.

It is expected that such admission will become effective and that dealings in
those shares will commence in London on 9 December 2008.
