New Independent 3rd Party Valuation of Nanette 
 
 
Nanette Real Estate Group, Central & Eastern European focused residential real 
estate developer, notes that on the 31.3.2009, Olimpia Real Estate Holdings Ltd. 
("Olimpia"), (in which Oskar Kazanelson, the Company's CEO, serves as the 
Chairman of the Board, and is also part of the controlling group, of Olimpia 
shareholders) which currently holds 32.29% of Nanette's issued share capital, 
has today published its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2008. 
These results include reference to an independent valuation made by Giza Singer 
Even Ltd, of Olimplia including a valuation of Nanette. 
This valuation values the issued ordinary share capital of Nanette at EUR115.4m as 
at 31 March 2009
