The Directors of Noble VCT plc are pleased to announce the allotment on
Wednesday 5 April 2006 of 5,425,382 new 'A' ordinary shares at a price of 91p
per share.



The Company also announces that the following Directors were allotted new
ordinary shares pursuant to the Offer on 5 April 2006 at 91p per share as
follows:
