Noble  Health  VCT  plc  announces  the following  update  to  the  announcement
reference number 2170 which was released on 9 April 2008 at 9.03am.  The  number
of shares allotted should state 708,339.


Noble Health Fund VCT plc ("the Company") announces an allotment of 708,339  New
Ordinary  Shares pursuant to the Offer on 4th April 2008.  The  Offer  price  at
which the New Ordinary Shares were allotted was 79.2p per share, calculated from
the NAV of 75.2p per ordinary share on 2nd April 2008, divided by 0.95 (to allow
for costs of the Offer of 5 per cent).

Mr  Charles  Pinney, a Director of the Company was allotted 9,103  New  Ordinary
Shares pursuant to the Offer.

Following  the allotment, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is  19,545,884.
Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 11th April 2008.
CREST  accounts  are  expected  to be credited  within  five  business  days  of
allotment and definitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched within
ten business days of allotment.

�551,500 was raised under the Offer.  The Offer is now closed.
