                            Notification of interest


The Company announces that it has issued 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company
following an exercise of warrants. Following the issue of shares, the Company
has 64,699,590 ordinary shares in issue. Application will be made for these
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.


The Company was also informed on 25 June 2007 that Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited is interested in 1,750,000 ordinary shares representing approximately
3.03% of the total voting rights of the Company.
