The Company was notified by Invesco English & International Trust on 13 April
2007 that it has indirect voting rights over 2,272,141 ordinary shares of 0.5p
each representing approximately 3.94% of the total voting rights of the Company.




The Company was notified by New Smith Asset Management LLP on 20 March 2007 that
it has indirect voting rights over 16,380,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each
representing approximately 28.04% of the total voting rights of the Company.



Within this holding are the following interests:



NewSmith Global Opportunities Hedge Fund LLP hold 11,580,000 shares in the name
of Merrill Lynch Nominees Limited and NewSmith Oppportunities Fund LP hold
4,800,000 shares held at BoNY.



The Company was notified by RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Ltd on 20 March
2007 that Credit Suisse Client Nominees (UK) Limited has direct voting rights
over 4,800,000 ordinary shares representing 8.32% of the total voting rights of
the Company.
