                         Appointment of Additional Broker


Nufcor is pleased to announce the appointment of Canaccord Adams Limited as its
Broker with immediate effect.  Canaccord will work alongside Deutsche Bank AG,
Nufcor's current Nomad and Broker, in this capacity.
