OFX Ofex Holdings

    Peter Freeman has left the Board of the Company, with effect from 16 September
2004.  His role is now absorbed within the duties and responsibilities of the
rest of the Company's Board.

The Company thanks Peter for his past commitment to the Company and wishes him
