UK Regulatory
The focus for ORA itself is to also retain the management
disciplines and shareholder alignment around which the Company was
founded, whilst running a low cost base and maintaining a strong
balance sheet. High quality new investment has also always been
central to future value growth for our shareholders. We will
therefore maintain a rigorous and highly selective investment
approach and use our proprietary sector knowledge and our broad
network of contacts in our chosen sectors to originate transactions
that should enable us to further invest in and build additional
businesses with great potential.
Finally, I would like to thank our employees and the managers of
our business portfolio companies for all their hard work and
commitment in the continued growth and development of the Group
during the period.
