    P1 announces that it has now completed the compulsory acquisition of the
  remaining shares in P2 and now owns 100% of the issued share capital of P2.

Application will be made to the UKLA for the cancellation of the listing of P2
shares on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the
cancellation of trading of P2 shares on its market for listed securities.
