The Directors of Power Capital Global Limited (AIM:PCGB), the PRC-focused 
natural resources trading and logistics group, announces the resignation of 
Mladen Ninkov, a non executive director of the Company, with immediate effect. 
 
The Board would like to express its sincere thanks to Mladen Ninkov for his 
contribution and guidance over the last six years and wishes him well with his 
other business interests.
