The Board of Principle Capital is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary 
General Meeting of the Company held at 58, rue Charles Martel, L-2134, 
Luxembourg at 10:00 a.m. CET today, the resolutions outlined in the circular to 
shareholders dated 27 April 2010 (the "Circular") were all unanimously passed. 
 
Following the approval of the shareholders, the admission of the Ordinary Shares 
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange 
will be cancelled with effect from 8 a.m. on 27 May 2010.
