Prelude Trust plc ("Prelude" or "the Trust"), the investment trust that
specialises in technology-based growth businesses, today announces that
following his resignation from the Trust's manager, Peter Keen has resigned from
the Board of the Trust. His resignation will take effect from 2 November 2007.

Peter leaves to take up the role of Corporate Development and Finance Director
with Cambridge based biotechnology company, Serentis.

Commenting on the announcement Michael Brooke, the Chairman of Prelude Trust
said: "We would like to thank Peter for his valuable contribution over the past
year. As a partner at our manager, Company Secretary and latterly as a Board
member of the Trust he has played a key role. We wish him every future success."
