PGGO's NAV up 6.5% in September 
 
 
In September, the net asset value ("NAV") of PGGO increased by 6.5% to EUR 4.98 
per share. Reassessments of portfolio companies carried out to reflect the fair 
value of the underlying investments as well as mark-to-market valuations of 
listed holdings had an overall positive impact of 8.8% on PGGO's NAV. Also 
during the month of September, PGGO sold 50% of its stake in EXCO Resources 
after the shares of the US natural gas and oil explorer had soared by 35.5%, 
which generated EUR 5.0 million in cash. The depreciation of the US dollar 
against the Euro over the course of the month once again had a negative effect 
on the PGGO net asset value, however, could not outweigh the positive valuation 
developments in the PGGO portfolio. 
 
 
Urs Wietlisbach, a Director of PGGO and co-founder of Partners Group, the 
investment advisor to PGGO, comments: "We are currently seeing an increase in 
public comparables due to the positive momentum in equity markets, which led to 
significant write-ups in some of our direct holdings. With an overall positive 
development of PGGO's listed investments, the Company moreover could lock in 
additional liquidity and has still further potential to profit from a 
stabilizing economic environment."
