                               Board Appointments

Playgolf (Holdings) plc, creators and developers of public sports projects, is
pleased to announce the following appointments to its main Board:

Mr Alan Montgomery (aged 57) who has been appointed as Non-Executive Director
has considerable experience in both the sports and entertainments industry
having previously sat on the Board of Glasgow Rangers Football Club plc, where
he managed a staff of 30 people as well as establishing the first professional
commercial management team, and was a Finance Director at Scottish Television
plc where he gained experience in all aspects of managing a commercial
television company. Alan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management
Accountants.

The following information in respect of Alan Montgomery is disclosed in pursuant
to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:

Mr David Postins (aged 45) has worked since 2004 as a Consultant Project Manager
to Playgolf and has been appointed as Property Director. David's
responsibilities for Playgolf have included the procurement and management of
the Company's Northwick Park complex as well as having an active involvement in
the budgeting, planning and feasibility of new projects. David, a Member of the
Chartered Institute of Building, has previously worked as Senior Project Manager
for Norwest Holst Construction Limited and Prologis Developments Limited.

There is no further information to disclose pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM
Rules.

Michael Mealey, Chairman, commenting on the appointments said:

"Alan has considerable experience of working with AIM listed companies and in
the sports and leisure industries and his appointment strengthens the experience
of the Board. David has worked on all the companies projects since their
inception and his appointment ensures that there is continuity for the future.
Both are warmly welcomed to the Board."

Director/PDMR Shareholding

David Postins is beneficially interested in 3,736 ordinary shares, which holding
represents approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
