PMCI  announces  the  following  change to the  Board  of  Directors,  effective
immediately:

1. Appointment of Keith Christopher Rumble as a Non-Executive Director

Mr  Rumble  (53)  is Chief Executive Officer of SUN Mining.   He  has  30  years
experience  in  the mining industry, specifically in the titanium  and  platinum
markets.  Prior to SUN, he spent six years as Chief Executive Officer of  Impala
Platinum  (Pty) Ltd., based in South Africa.  After graduating and  working  for
Verref,  a division of the Anglo American Corporation, Mr Rumble joined Richards
Bay  Minerals in 1980 as a Metallurgical Engineer and became General Manager  in
1987.   He  then  spent time in a marketing role in Canada and  Germany,  before
becoming  Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Richards Bay Minerals
in  1996.   Moving  from South Africa to Canada, but remaining in  the  titanium
industry, Mr Rumble was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer  of  Rio
Tinto  Iron  and  Titanium  Inc  (Canada)  in  2000.   He  received  an  MSc  in
geochemistry  from  Rhodes  University in 1978 and has  attended  the  Executive
Programme at Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Mr Rumble has been a director of the following companies in the past five years:

Impala Platinum (Pty) Limited
Impala Platinum Holdings Limited
Barplats Holdings Limited
Western Platinum (Pty) Limited
Eastern Platinum (Pty) Limited

Mr Rumble is currently a director of:
Sarplat Investments Limited

There  are no other disclosures required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g)  of  the
AIM rules.


2. Retirement of Vijay Tandon and Sheldon Kirkpatrick

Vijay  Tandon  joined  the  Board in June 2006 as an  independent  non-executive
director.
Sheldon  Kirkpatrick  joined the Board as a non-executive director  in  February
2007.

Philip Adeane, Chairman, commenting on these changes said:  "We welcome Keith to
the  Board.  His depth of knowledge in the platinum industry will be an enormous
boost for the company in expanding our asset base.

Vijay  joined  the  Board  at  a  difficult time  and  has  made  a  significant
contribution to the Board with diligence and sound advice.  We wish him well for
the future".
