Change in reporting date

JPMorgan Progressive Multi-Strategy Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that
it expects to release its results for the financial period ended 30 September
2007 in January 2008, following completion of the audit for Luxembourg-based
JPMorgan Multi-Strategy Fund in which substantially all of the Company's net
funds are invested, rather than in December 2007 as initially envisaged at the
time of the Company's flotation in May 2007.
