Change of Investment Manager 
 
 
The Board of JPMorgan Progressive Multi-Strategy Fund Limited announces that 
Chris Complin, the investment manager, will be taking a twelve month sabbatical 
from JPMorgan Asset Management, the Company's investment manager, starting in 
March 2009. During his absence his role as strategy co-ordinator will be assumed 
by Michael Barakos.  Mr Barakos will join the other members of the Investment 
Committee, Martin Porter (head of the Committee), Chris Blum and James Elliot in 
selecting the appropriate strategies. 
 
 
Mr Barakos is a Managing Director in JPMorgan Asset Management's European Equity 
Group. He joined the group in 1999 and has worked closely with Mr Complin 
throughout this period. In addition to his named portfolio responsibilities he 
will lead JPMorgan Asset Management's behavioural finance investment process in 
Europe. A CFA Charterholder he obtained a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the 
London School of Economics and Political Science.
