Panther Securities PLC announces that on 2 December 2022 the Company purchased 95,000 of its own ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 285.5 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Total Voting Rights

Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 275,000 Ordinary Shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 17,746,929 (including shares held as treasury shares).
