West Malling, UK, 30 July 2007: Phoqus Group plc (AIM: PQS) ("Phoqus")  advises
that the present issued share capital  consists of 45,910,694 ordinary shares
with a nominal value of 10 pence each, each carrying one vote per ordinary 
share. Phoqus does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Phoqus is 45,910,694. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the  denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in Phoqus under the Financial Service Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
