Result of AGM

Proventec plc (AIM:PROV, Alternext:ALTPC), the provider of specialist steam cleaning technologies and janitorial supplies, is pleased to confirm that resolution 6 (being the special resolution to disapply certain pre-emption rights), put to shareholders at the Company's reconvened Annual General Meeting held earlier today, was duly passed. All other resolutions were passed on 7 March 2011.
