2015 Half Year Dividend - Euro Payment Election

Further to bwin.party's announcement on 28 August 2015, regarding the payment by the Company of the half year dividend of 1.92 pence per share on 9 October 2015, the exchange rate that will be used for those bwin.party shareholders and depositary interest holders that elected by 18 September 2015 to receive the dividend in Euros, will be GBP1.00 : EUR1.3825.
