PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund - Offering of Redemption Facility


PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund is a closed-ended protected cell of PSolve
Alternatives PCC Limited (the "Company").


The Company's prospectus dated 10 March 2006 outlined provisions for the
management of any discount of the Company's share price to the prevailing net
asset value (the "NAV") of over 3 per cent. which may have arisen for any period
of three consecutive months.


Therefore, the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") announces that,
as the ordinary shares have traded at a discount of more than 3 per cent. for
the calendar quarter to 30 September 2007, it proposes to make available the
Redemption Facility, as defined in the Company's prospectus.


The directors of the Company would like to take this opportunity to reiterate
their confidence in the Company and the investment manager. The directors make
no recommendations to shareholders as to whether to redeem their shares. However
none of the directors intend to redeem any shares.


The NAV performed strongly in the first nine months of 2007 rising from 100.87p
at 31 December 2006 to 112.92p at 30 September 2007, which represents an
increase of approximately +11.95%.  Both the Board and the investment manager
are confident that the investment objectives set out in the prospectus will be
achieved going forward.


Notice of intention to redeem must be given to the Company by shareholders not
less than 65 days prior to the redemption date, which will be 31st March 2008.
Shareholders will be able to tender up to 25% of their holding as at the
redemption date at the prevailing NAV per share less the costs of redemption
(which may include redemption penalties in respect of investee funds). Cheques
would be dispatched to shareholders within 10 business days of the announcement
of the 31st March 2008 final NAV.
