PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund - Investment in Focus Capital Fund Limited

PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund is a closed-ended protected cell of PSolve
Alternatives PCC Limited (the "Company").



On 28 February 2008 Focus Capital Fund Limited ("Focus") announced that it had
incurred substantial trading losses during February and was, as a consequence,
being wound up.  As at 31 January 2008, the Company's investment in Focus
represented 7.62 per cent of the Company's net asset value.  Whilst the final
effect on the value of the Company's investment in Focus is not yet
quantifiable, PSolve Alternative Investments, the Company's Investment Manager,
has determined that the reported valuation of Focus as at 29 February 2008
should be written down by 100 per cent.  As and when additional information
becomes available to the Company that valuation may be further revised, and such
revisions (if any) will be reflected in future net asset value announcements to
be made by the Company.
