The Company was informed that as at 7 November 2005, following the purchase of
a further 8,000,000 Ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company, Formal Property
Management Services Ltd, ("Formal") now holds a total of 11,000,000 Ordinary
shares, representing 7.69% the Company's issued share capital.
