Promethean PLC ("Promethean" or the "Company")

Further to previous announcements in relation to the process for the sale of the Company's investment in T.I.S. Group ("TIS"), the Company has been informed that the previously adjourned Protected Asset TEP Fund plc ("PATF") participating shareholders class meeting, due to take place on 15th of March 2013, has now been adjourned indefinitely.

The Board remains in constructive discussions with PATF in relation to TIS and is also continuing discussions with the Manager about other options for an optimal exit from the TIS holding. A further announcement will be made in due course.
