On page 66 of the AIM Admission Document dated 19 April 2007, the subscription
price of the warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares was erroneously referred
to as #1.00 per ordinary share. The subscription price is #1.25p. All other
references in the document to the subscription price are correct.
