Appointment of Joint Broker

The Board of Pivot Entertainment (AIM:PVT), the transatlantic media and entertainment company, is pleased to announce that it has appointed XCAP Securities plc as joint broker to the Company alongside its existing nominated adviser and broker, Seymour Pierce, effective immediately.
